Thinklance LLP seeks an educator to instruct Language Arts, Social Science, Science, and Math for the Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency (Spanish-GED) program. Teaching may occur online, in person, or in a hybrid format as assigned by the TXCHSE Coordinator.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and fluency in Spanish, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word/Excel. Collaboration with colleagues and instructional leaders is essential.

Competenze

• ,Bachelor's degree in English, History, Mathematics, Education or a similar discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• General familiarity with computers, including Word and Excel.
• Professional communication skills with internal and external groups.
• Willingness to collaborate on projects with colleagues and instructional leaders.
• Preferred: experience teaching adult or high school students, curriculum design and implementation, assessment of student progress, and teaching in multiple modalities.

Mansioni

• Teach Language Arts, Social Science, Science, and Math at varying mastery levels for the TXCHSE (Spanish-GED) program.
• Deliver instruction online, face-to-face, or hybrid as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with students and integrate workplace competencies.
• Report and interpret individual student test results.
• Develop and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide tutoring and extra instructional support as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and complete 15 clock hours of PD annually.
• Participate in student registration and orientation functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
