Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies invites you to join a national leader in early education. As a Teacher, you will lead, coach, and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn and grow.

You’ll partner with families and center teams to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. The role requires CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of experience, and a willingness to obtain state certifications.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Must meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
