KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an engaging Teacher to lead and mentor in a nurturing classroom environment. You will implement the curriculum, partner with parents, and ensure a safe, educational setting that supports children’s growth and development.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and high-quality care, while building strong relationships with families and local authorities. Strong communication and CPR/First Aid readiness are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements; state trainer approval preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain; physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
