Covenant Christian High School in Pennsylvania seeks an enthusiastic, Christ-centered Paraprofessional to join our academic team as a permanent substitute and to cover Spanish instruction during a maternity leave (January–May). The role delivers instructional support across subjects, manages classroom logistics, and provides student-specific assistance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in academic support roles (paraprofessional, TA, substitute).
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic Spanish instruction.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to a Christ-centered educational environment.
• Secondary school teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional support and supervision across subjects and grades.
• Manage materials, attendance, policies, and transitions.
• Provide individualized assistance and small-group reteaching.
• Support grading and student feedback with teachers.
• Attend faculty meetings and professional development.
• Plan Spanish lessons during maternity leave.
