Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher; Bachelor's preferred in Spanish, Education, or related field.
• Prior paraprofessional/TA/substitute teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with lab setups, ensuring safety protocols, and basic Spanish instruction.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and educators.
• Commitment to a Christ-centered educational environment.
• Training or experience in teaching secondary school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and supervision across multiple subjects and grades as needed.
• Prepare materials, manage attendance, enforce policies, and oversee transitions.
• Offer individualized student support and reteaching in small groups.
• Assist with grading and provide feedback to students.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons and participate in faculty meetings.
• Teach Spanish daily during maternity leave; plan lessons, deliver lessons, and assess student progress.
• Coordinate with department chairs to maintain consistency with instructional objectives.
