Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology to prospective customers.
• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers through the vehicle-buying process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Explain vehicle pricing, financing options, and available products and services.
• Negotiate pricing professionally while meeting customer needs and dealership goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain an ethical, professional, and customer-focused approach to all activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Honda vehicles and sales techniques.

Heritage Honda Westminster is now hiring motivated, customer-focused Spanish-Bilingual Sales Associates to join our growing team.

Whether you are new to sales or have previous automotive sales experience, we want to hear from you! No previous automotive sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring from some of the top automotive trainers in the industry. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Accurately present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology to prospective customers.
