Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will grow your career with a team focused on sales success within one of our retail stores. Expect to generate retail sales, uncover customer needs, and provide complete tech solutions.

You will participate in ongoing training and have opportunities to expand your customer base through outbound outreach and community events. Compensation includes base hourly pay from $16.00 to $21.00, plus commissions up to $18,000

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a commission-based environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and upsell in merchandising and inventory.
• May reach out to current Verizon customers via outbound calls or texts.
