Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You’ll engage customers with cutting-edge tech, uncover needs, and deliver top-to-bottom solutions to drive sales.

You’ll receive base pay with commissions and benefits starting day one, and opportunities to grow through training and community outreach. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required (sales/customer service).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for complete top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and up-skill in operations, merchandising, and inventory.
• Possibly contact and text current Verizon customers to grow the base.
• Engage with the community through off-site Verizon events.
