You will learn customers' needs, position product insights, and close sales with clear communication. The role offers 40 hours weekly, on-site work, and a compensation package with base pay plus commissions and language-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, especially during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission-based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
