Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
