Job summary

Verizon Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Associate who is bilingual in English and Spanish to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales for Verizon products and services at a on-site location. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales while participating in ongoing training and community events.

The role offers base pay with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package; you may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• One or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
