Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual capability.

• Open to extra shifts to maximize income during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales through passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Identify customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommend complete solutions.
• Close sales with clear communication to meet customer needs.
• Grow by training and supporting store merchandising and inventory.
• May contact current Verizon customers with calls/texts to expand the base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to build loyalty.
