Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by connecting with customers and asking the right questions.
• Recommend product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue developing through ongoing training and cross-functional exposure to merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
