Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with potential annual commissions up to $18,000. Top performers may earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, depending on geography and performance. Benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during busy periods.
• Spanish bilingual

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to grow the customer base.
