Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.50/hr.
