Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Spaceport Integration Manager to coordinate development at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center, interfacing with NASA/KSC, Space Force, Range leadership, and internal teams. You will help streamline permitting, review civil/architectural/MEP packages, and ensure alignment on-base to support launch operations.

The role requires PE or licensed architecture, Florida clearance eligibility, and 3+ years leading aerospace projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or STEM discipline.
• 3+ years leading technical processes in aerospace environment or project management.
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or people.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with local permitting coordination with NASA/KSC and Space Force.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design packages through review and approval processes.
• Engage Range and base construction/permitting stakeholders.
• Track and coordinate Range and base requirements related to site development and streamline approvals.
• Communicate SpaceX strategic direction to NASA/KSC, Space Force, and Range for timely approval and execution.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during tactical execution with base leadership and launch providers.
• Streamline local permitting and approval processes for safe, robust site development.
• Contribute to master planning of SpaceX Florida operations at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center.
