Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Spaceport Operations Specialist to lead housing, transportation, amenities and customer service for Starbase Village. You will develop and implement effective service strategies and training programs to support a productive living and visiting environment.

The role requires opening operations, leading teams, and managing vendor relationships with a focus on safety, cost control and guest satisfaction in a high-volume aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of experience within the hospitality or operations industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spaceport Village Operations including leasing/rental housing, transportation, amenities, and events.
• Monitor quality and consistency of operations by enforcing standards and walking areas of responsibility.
• Train staff on customer service and problem resolution.
• Enforce proper safety practices with staff and leads.
• Coordinate and enhance time management for team.
