Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer (Experienced or Associate) to join the Production Test Team at NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida. You will help verify propulsion, hydraulic and avionics systems and support flight readiness for the Space Launch System.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 1+ years of testing experience, with exposure to avionics/electrical systems or propulsion; relocation is available and a 2nd shift is specified.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field as specified.
• 1+ years testing in lab, production, or test environment.
• Experience with avionics/electrical systems and/or propulsion, fluids, leak testing or pneumatic panels.

Responsibilities

• Develop test procedures and instrumentation definitions to perform tests with risk controls.
• Create calibration solutions to meet test requirements.
• Analyze data and verify test results against requirements.
• Prepare and publish test reports and present results internally or externally.
• Guide design of test hardware, software and systems to meet test needs.
