Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to coordinate mechanisms program schedules and drive engineering process improvements in the Lunar Permanence unit. You will partner with design, hardware teams and suppliers to deliver on-time milestones and robust technical solutions.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering and 5+ years in technical PM or engineering roles, preferably in aerospace, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical project management, engineering, or similar (aerospace preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules in P6 for all mechanisms products.
• Lead and develop design and analysis cycle planning with engineering team leads.
• Engage with supply chain and manufacturing operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of hardware.
• Develop tools and processes for increasing the efficiency of the engineering team.
