Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to lead hardware development and certification for spaceflight programs, including ISS, Orion, HLS, and related NASA initiatives. You will coordinate with commercial software tools and support certification efforts for both government and commercial customers.

The role emphasizes creating and maintaining resource-loaded schedules in MS Project, developing BOEs for growth, and reviewing technical and financial deliverables with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and at least 4 years relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; due to contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware development projects to design, build, certify, and deliver new hardware for spaceflight
• Create and maintain project resource-loaded schedules in MS Project Professional
• Develop Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs) for new on-contract growth
• Review, author, and approve work orders, non-conformance reports, internal/external customer presentations, designs, and trade studies
