Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center.

This on-site role requires coordinating staff and Customer representatives to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/PM background, PE or RA license, PMP preferred, and at least ten years of related experience, with excellent communication and

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience in engineering/architecture and project management.
• PE registration or Registered Architect required; PMP preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business and engineering standards and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and contract performance against the statement of work.
• Supervise A&E Managers and onsite staff, and mentor team members.
• Foster synergies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
