Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality standards, coordinating between staff and customer reps.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering/PM, PE or Architect licensure, and PMP preferred. Must be a US citizen and pass a federal background check and drug screen; PMP is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Eng. or Architecture; PE/Architect preferred; PMP a plus.
• PE or Registered Architect with 10+ years in engineering/architecture and PM.
• Experience with project controls tools and standard business practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations and coordinate staff.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with statements of work and standards.
• Supervise A&E Managers and onsite team; mentor staff.
• Foster synergy across requests to boost efficiency.
