Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, coordinating staff, subcontractors, and customer representatives. Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in engineering or architecture, PE or Architect registration, PMP preferred, and at least 10 years of program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PMP certification preferred.
• PE registration or Registered Architect, with at least 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering/architecture and project management.
• Experience with business and engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to set priorities and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and contract performance.
• Supervise A&E Managers, Construction Supervision/Inspection Managers, GIS Manager, and onsite team.
• Foster synergies between work requests to improve efficiency.
