Job summary

Qualifications

• RCCA and FMEA experience required

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing processes and production layouts for assembly of deployable mechanisms
• Designs sequence of operations and procedures for fabrication and tooling
• Includes inspection and test requirements in the production plan as needed
• Inspects machinery and tools to ensure efficiency and quality, initiates corrective actions
• Guides engineering on design concepts to optimize equipment use
• Ensures compliance with regulations and best practices
• Role may be filled at Level 2 or Level 3 based on qualifications
