Job summary

Bastion seeks a Spaceflight Hardware Project Manager to join our Houston team supporting NASA missions. You will drive development, testing, certification, and sustainment of spaceflight hardware, coordinating across engineering and program offices.

This role requires a engineering degree, security clearability, and 5+ years in aerospace or DoD environments. You will manage cost performance, risk, and schedules, delivering mission-ready hardware on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• US Citizenship or permanent resident status required.
• Experience with NASA/JSC flight hardware processing for spaceflight.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, manufacturing, testing, certification, and sustaining engineering of spaceflight hardware end items.
• Develop and maintain cost and schedule reporting processes.
• Oversee procedures, work instructions, and process flow.
• Interface with NASA managers and customers to deliver project performance.
• Plan and execute hardware troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues.
