METECS is seeking an experienced Spaceflight Hardware Assembly, Integration & Test Technician to build and test spaceflight hardware. You will turn released designs into completed flight hardware, collaborating with engineers and quality personnel from build to acceptance.

Responsibilities include assembling and integrating hardware per drawings and procedures, performing precision mechanical, electrical, cable, harness, soldering operations, using calibrated tools and test fixtures, and

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience performing controlled, documented assembly of aerospace hardware using appropriate tools and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings, wiring information, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, workmanship, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assemble and integrate hardware in accordance with released drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
• Perform precision mechanical, electrical, cable, harness, soldering, or related assembly operations as trained and authorized.
• Use calibrated tools, measurement equipment, test equipment, fixtures, and ground-support equipment.
• Maintain hardware identification, traceability, and complete build records in accordance with configuration-control requirements.
• Follow applicable ESD, FOD, cleanliness, handling, and storage requirements.
• Perform functional checkout and testing in accordance with approved procedures; support inspection, environmental testing, troubleshooting, and hardware closeout.
