Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking an Associate Ground & Flight Test Engineer to support ground and flight test campaigns. You'll assist in planning, execution, and coordination of tests for the Space-Based Interceptor program.

The role involves developing test plans, maintaining documentation, and contributing to safety analyses while collaborating across engineering teams. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering and relevant aerospace experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in test planning, procedure development, or test execution support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
