Job summary

True Anomaly in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Associate Ground & Flight Test Engineer to support test campaigns for its Space-Based Interceptor program. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning, procedure development, or test execution support.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of test campaigns for the SBI program.
• Assist in development and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Participate in test readiness reviews, safety reviews, and anomaly investigations.
