True Anomaly in Laguna Beach is seeking an Associate Ground & Flight Test Engineer to support ground and flight test campaigns for their Space-Based Interceptor program. This role involves contributing to the full test lifecycle, from planning and procedure writing to data collection and post-test reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 2–5 years of experience in aerospace or related engineering disciplines. Excellent analytical and technical writing skills are required, and a collaborative approach is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of systems safety and hazard analyses.
