Job summary

GeoControl Systems, Inc. seeks a Research Psychologist to join the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.

You will lead behavioral health and performance research, design studies, analyze data, and prepare reports and publications to advance human spaceflight missions. You will collaborate with NASA scientists, medical personnel, and mission operations to develop proposals, manage projects, and deliver timely findings that inform risk reduction and program decisions for space exploration

Qualifications

• PhD in psychology with 3+ years of research experience in applicable areas.
• Experience conducting behavioral health and performance research and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design and execution to answer applied spaceflight questions.
• Develop grant proposals in response to NASA or external calls.
• Coordinate data collection, cleaning and analysis; prepare reports and publications.
• Disseminate findings to NASA program management and scientific communities.
