Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with focus on Mechanical or aerospace fields.
• 5+ years with FEMAP/NASTRAN or similar FEA software.
• 3+ years environmental testing: modal, acoustic, random, sine burst, shock.
• 3+ years SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD modeling.
• 1-2 years hands-on fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis on satellite systems, including modal and static analyses.
• Develop high fidelity structural models to predict responses and local environments.
• Support space vehicle design, configuration, layout, and mass properties.
• Lead qualification testing design, conduct, data reduction and reporting.
• Review drawings and provide technical feedback to peers.
