Qualifications

• Leadership in a team environment (1 year) or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.
• 6 years of Aerospace or relevant Structural Analysis experience.
• Experience with sine and random vibration analysis and testing.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills in person and virtually.
• Self-driven execution of objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Management of a team of ~10 structural analysis engineers
• Facilitate STR Technical Lead Engineers (TLEs) and mentor program
• Coordinate program staffing assignments and review team task management
• Promote knowledge sharing by encouraging lunch and learns and ensure peer reviews happen regularly
• Coordinate hiring activities to meet current and planned program need
• Optimize analysis processes, evaluate employee work products, and review content for design reviews
