Job summary

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Structural Analyst to join a small, collaborative team. You will analyze launch loads, pressure containment, and thermal-mechanical stresses across subsystems and systems for defense and space applications.

Collaborate with product development and manufacturing to transition designs from concept to prototype and production. Requirements include a B.S./M.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Must meet the definition of a U.S. person per ITAR.
• Experience with static and dynamic structural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic structural analyses at component, subsystem, and system levels for spacecraft.
• Provide design recommendations aligned with manufacturability.
• Develop test plans and support test execution and data interpretation.
• Review, prepare, and release technical documentation with accuracy.
• Assess impacts of design changes on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to meet objectives.
• Maintain customer communications and align on program goals.
• Support Sales/Marketing in proposal development and customer engagement.
