Job summary

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle work, from requirements to deployment, with opportunities to explore model-based assurance and new development tools.

Qualifications

• Programming in C, C++, Java and/or Python in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of modelling, simulation, and systems engineering concepts.
• Experience with software engineering tools like Github and JIRA.
• Ability to learn technical knowledge quickly and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify engineering applications for spacecraft and mission software.
• Support operations of inflight vehicles and ground equipment.
• Participate in power subsystem design engineering teams and provide recommendations.
• Develop prototypes, iterate with customers, and deliver quality applications.
• Improve software quality, reliability, and safety through tools and methods.
