You will leverage data to create performance metrics, develop dashboards, and drive improvements across operators and factory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering.
• 9+ years of spacecraft operations or systems integration experience.
• Experience with anomaly management and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support spacecraft operations and system integration for transition to operations.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Monitor anomalies and outages; coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for investigations and root-causes.
• Coordinate factory testing and system verification.
• Integrate new capabilities and software updates with minimal risk.
• Produce weekly metrics and executive reporting.
• Lead technical working groups across organizations.
• Participate in on-call rotations during mission events.
• Build relationships with operators and engineering teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support mission planning, risk assessments, and readiness reviews.
