Impulse Space is seeking a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer in Redondo Beach, California. You will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle GNC, working with a dynamic team to develop robust algorithms and implement GNC systems for various space vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in spacecraft GNC. You should be proficient in Matlab and C++, and will collaborate on innovative solutions and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in spacecraft GNC design and analysis.
• Proficiency in Matlab and C++.
• Experience with control analysis, estimation theory, or astrodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Implement GNC flight, test, and analysis systems for high-performance space vehicles.
• Develop algorithms for spacecraft including satellites and landers.
• Communicate design needs and capability to the engineering team.
