Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking engineers to own test capabilities for spacecraft programs in a fast-paced environment. You will plan, coordinate, and execute environmental tests, develop comprehensive test plans and procedures, and lead campaigns through integration to launch preparation.

Strong hands-on testing experience, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to interpret engineering requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with spacecraft environmental test development and/or execution.
• Hands-on testing in thermal, vibration and/or acoustic, shock, and vacuum testing per MIL standards.
• Ability to work with test infrastructure and integrate test articles into campaigns.
• Ability to earn DoD TS/SCI clearance if requested.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources for executing testing of integrated spacecraft.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and scripts for test campaigns.
• Lead environmental test execution during vehicle integration through final launch preparation.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to ensure safety and quality.
