Varda Space Industries in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a software engineer to build reliable flight software for spacecraft. You will contribute to embedded, RTOS, or Linux based systems in C++ and own software development from design to integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in development of spacecraft or safety-critical software.
• Experience with C++ and understanding of language concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable flight software for embedded processors in C++.
• Own design, testing, and integration of software for the spacecraft.
• Perform requirements capture, design trades, and VV testing.
• Collaborate in a team to ensure software quality and performance.
