Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA seeks an Electrical Engineer – Level 2 or Level 3 to join our Space Sector on a 9/80 schedule, onsite only. You will define, create, and execute automated test scripts, conduct verification, and develop data-analysis tools using Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.

The role requires SCI clearance, a STEM degree, and the ability to support rotating shifts and travel. Prefer experience with test beds, integration and test, and aerospace industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of professional experience (Level 2) or Master’s with 0 years; Level 3 requires more.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Secure SCI clearance at time of application.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to support rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rapid onboarding on spacecraft flight hardware, software, and electrical GSE.
• Define, create, and execute ATSs to verify requirements.
• Conduct verification/validation of subsystem and full-system requirements.
• Develop data-analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW) for rapid test data interpretation.
• Execute I&T testing and document all activities.
