Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, seeks an experienced ATLO Systems Engineering Manager to lead spacecraft integration, test systems and production automation efforts.

You will oversee 20–25 engineers, drive process improvements, recruit top talent, and mentor teams while aligning with security clearance requirements and government regulations.

This role focuses on delivering mission-capable satellites and ensuring performance metrics meet first-pass yield and cycle time targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; security clearance eligibility.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering or related aerospace fields.
• Experience with spacecraft systems integration and testing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–25 direct reports and staff ATLO initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and career development for ATLO engineers.
• Drive process improvements to reach target production rates.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Establish KPIs and enable data-based decision making.
