Job summary

Rocket Lab USA in Long Beach, CA is seeking Assembly Integration & Test Technicians at II or III level to build and validate spacecraft hardware. You will follow engineering drawings, install harnesses and avionics, and perform functional checks in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years (II) or 5+ years (III) of manufacturing experience, strong assembly skills, and the ability to lead in complex campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or high‑reliability manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and install flight hardware.
• Familiarity with ESD, FOD, tool control and cleanroom requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and test spacecraft hardware per drawings and procedures.
• Install electrical and mechanical hardware including harnesses and avionics components.
• Use calibrated tools and test equipment to verify assemblies.
• Support functional and environmental test campaigns and lifting activities.
