Job summary

Rocket Lab, based in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer I/II to drive the development and testing of flight spacecraft systems. Candidates will lead integration and test campaigns while collaborating closely with team members on system requirements and test plans.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and possess engineering experience in the aerospace industry. This role offers a base pay range of $95,000 to $140,000 USD and includes exceptional benefits.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for program requirements.
• Engineering experience in the aerospace industry as a test engineer or other hands-on engineering role.
• Experience in writing technical documentation, such as procedures, reports, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own integration and test campaigns at various levels of spacecraft development.
• Develop acceptance, qualification, and R&D test plans for spacecraft systems.
• Develop, maintain, and operate environmental test systems.
