Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in aerospace/related tech.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in assembly, integration, and testing of high-reliability hardware in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise AIT procedures for spacecraft subsystems (structural, propulsion, avionics, payload).
• Perform functional tests, continuity checks, and environmental testing per test plans.
• Operate and maintain test equipment and cleanroom facilities with proper calibration.
• Document all AIT activities, results, anomalies, and configuration changes in relevant software/databases.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in pre-shipment inspections and prepare flight hardware for delivery.
• Adhere to safety, cleanroom, and QA guidelines and contribute to process improvement.
