The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo is seeking a Space Weaponeering Specialist to join the Space Planning, Readiness, and Operations Department. You will provide operational space solutions for warfighter and end users, leveraging JMEM and Joint Targeting Cycle analysis to shape acquisition requirements and programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, with active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of increasing responsibility and related career experience in weaponeering, JMEM, and JTC.
• Experience in space control, command and control, operational planning, or battle management.
• Willing to travel occasionally to work location or customer site.
• Active Top Secret clearance; eligible for SCI and SAP/SAR.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and COA development for DoW customers using weaponeering knowledge.
• Support customers across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Apply JMEM-related analysis to Space Force problems.
• Translate operational needs into acquisition requirements.
• Build roadmaps for short and long-term operations and processes.
