PatchPlus Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst: Weaponeering Applications Lead to support the Joint Targeting School at Dam Neck Annex, NAS Oceana, VA. Lead development and validation of weaponeering tools and deliver instruction on JMEMs Weaponeering System (JWS) to personnel worldwide.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and graduate qualification in DoD weaponeering; strong analytical, programmatic, and instructional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of JMEMs, JWS, and the DoD Weaponeering Guide.
• Graduate of the DOD CDE Qualification Course.
• Experience with Weaponeering Applications methodology and data.
• Strong analytical and instructional design skills.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with NAC/LAC in-scope within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, programmatic, and analytical support for Weaponeering Applications; develop, maintain, integrate, and validate software tools, models, and methodologies.
• Deliver in-residence classroom and MTT instruction on JWS and related software.
• Develop and update weaponeering apps aligned with current JMEMs data and DoD guidance.
• Conduct annual V&V of weaponeering apps against JMEM data; prepare accreditation documentation.
• Maintain secure repository of validated models, datasets, and accredited tools.
