Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Program Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting DoD program lifecycles including tracking baselines in Software Acquisition, M&S, or similar environment.
• Foundational knowledge of DoD T&E procedures and distributed simulation concepts.
• Understanding RMF and ATO processes.
• Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint briefings and documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced military program office.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report program cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Support management and tracking of baselines across software development, M&S, and system integration.
• Support T&E planning and HWIL integration activities.
• Coordinate RMF/ATO requirements with cybersecurity leads for training networks and software.
• Coordinate software release schedules, Agile milestones, and CM activities across teams.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, white papers, and memos.
• Translate complex information into concise materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate milestone reviews, TIMs, and decision forums.
• Serve as liaison between USASMDC COE, Technical Center, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and track risks, conflicts, dependencies impacting execution.
• Provide additional programmatic, engineering, and administrative support as needed.
