A leading technology firm in California is seeking a Testing & Qualification Lead to be responsible for owning the qualification and acceptance strategy for space solar panels. This role requires over four years of experience in high-reliability hardware testing, especially space-rated components. Candidates should be adept at planning environmental test campaigns and managing qualification processes while ensuring compliance with NASA standards. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in reliability, quality, or test engineering for high-reliability hardware.
• Experience with space-rated components for production use.
• Proven track record in environmental test programs for space-rated hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Own internal processes for qualification and acceptance of space solar hardware.
• Plan and execute environmental test campaigns.
• Manage the full testing and qualification loop for customized designs.
