Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager II for the TeraWave program to build dashboards, manage KPIs, and drive the management operating system across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with senior leadership to identify risks, implement improvements, and ensure on-time, high-quality production of satellite communications hardware.

The role emphasizes data analytics, lean manufacturing practices, and close coordination with manufacturing, test, and supply chain functions

Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering.
• MS/MBA is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and data analytics.
• Experience implementing visual factory and production operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the business dashboards and KPI management system.
• Execute the rhythm of the business and TeraWave’s MOS.
• Define and standardize cross-functional processes.
• Mature the MOS to anticipate performance risks and generate insights.
• Oversee measurement, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing team performance.
• Manage budgeting and goal-planning across the team.
• Participate in company-wide process definition and improvement across manufacturing and business processes.
• Implement the Blue Production System to support world-class capabilities.
