Job summary

Hydrosat Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead space-based remote-sensing programs.

Reporting to a Senior TPM within Space Segment, you will manage spacecraft, payload, or technology projects and align scope, schedule, and budget with engineering, operations, and leadership. Responsibilities include developing integrated schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement coordination; leading program reviews, and ensuring timely delivery to customers while pursuing

Qualifications

• Five or more years of program management or related experience.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, procurements, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to organize and execute technically complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs from planning through development, integration, testing, delivery, and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules with milestones, dependencies, and decision points.
• Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate staffing with engineering leadership and functional managers.
• Plan procurements, track long-lead items, manage vendor commitments, and resolve issues.
• Lead program meetings and provide status reports to leadership.
• Support major program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, Test Readiness, Delivery Readiness).
• Support customer communications and contract execution.
• Contribute to proposal development including schedules and staffing plans.
