Job summary

Redwire Space Missions LLC in Littleton, CO seeks a Software Systems Engineer Staff to drive system-level architecture, guide software requirements, and ensure seamless interaction between software, avionics, networks and spacecraft subsystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in space/embedded RTOS environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional software and hardware teams.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system requirements and V&V planning for flight software.
• Define interfaces between software, avionics and spacecraft subsystems.
• Coordinate technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and manage risk.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across software teams.
